Why did my history teacher give me a D?

Sounds like you've pissed her off one too many times, but her revenge was unprofessional and immature. You can either approach her with respect and in peace and try to talk to her about your mark, you can go to the administrative office and ask how you can appeal a low mark, or you can bite the bullet. Most of the time you get back what you put out, but sometimes life is really unfair.
