What do you, personally, think about people who don't dress professionally at work?

In my opinion i would think they're slacking off on what they could be doing about their looks. i have piercings and colored hair, when i work i take my piercings out and dye my hair to black or dark blue and i dress rather nicely for the respect of the customers and company i am representing. if a person doesn't put the effort into being as professional as they can then they don't really deserve to be given that opportunity. being respectful and doing what you're told is part of the job. although a tattoo here and there is not a horrible thing to frown upon.
