Appeals Chamber of the First Offenses in Dubai?

A friend of mine has a court date in April 2010 in the Appeals Chamber of First Offenses in Dubai. It's a misdemeanor charge that the prosecutor appealed. What happens after this court date in April? Can the prosecutor appeal again for a second time if he doesn't like the outcome of the first appeal? How much time (Days) does the prosecutor have to file an appeal once the judgment is handed down for the appeal taking place in April? Any insight you could provide me on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
