6 year old has pain on right side of tummy.?

She refused dinner at 6pm, had a slight fever and complaining of a tummy ache, gave panadol and she went to sleep. She's now awoken at 2am in quite a bit of pain and had some more panadol it is also tender to the touch and the fever has spiked. Should i run her into emergency. I have an odd feeling. I would usually call our nursing hotline but I have no phone credit so I can't!

Lol. Explain that you meant that you can see how stressed and worried she is and you meant that you want it to start so she will be happier and you can both settle back down into normal life. Ask if she's worried about being pregnant, and say that you will stick by her no matter what happens. I'm feeling really upset about something, and I feel really alone in this and I dont have anyone to talk to. I dont feel suicidal and I'm not cutting, but I really feel horrible and I need to talk about it with someone so it doesnt turn into something major. Is there any hotline or something that I can call just to talk and get to feeling better? If anyone could help it would be very much appreciated.
