Is this fair, legal or right?

It is legal for them to ask you not to wear the shirt. It would be similar to wearing a shirt that said "We elected a n???er as president." (which is very racial). but if you were allowed to wear your shirt then they would have to allow someone to wear a shirt that said that about the president.
