Ideas to stop the panic attacks caused by ?
Look in your phone books yellow pages under the COUNTY listings. When there, look for 'mental health counseling', or similar agency, Give them a call and tell them your cirstances - or call the local hospital and talk to a social worker, asking for some help and/or referrals. I am sure you can get some counseling for a very reduced rate, or free. In the meantime, learn to breathe properly. If your tummy rises and falls with your hand on it while you are lying flat on your back, you are breathing correctly. If your hand does not rise and fall then you are breathing thru the top only of your lungs. Practice the deep breathing, which is normal breathing, thru the bottom of your lungs, and this will help you enormously. Learn to do this, and it will become a natural thing to do all the time, and will help your emotions a great deal. Look to Jesus, He will help you.
