Do you know about quality urance educational accreditation?

I work in an University and currently we are in the process of getting accredited/certificated by various educational accreditation agencies. Once we are done, we'd like to accredit ourselves, offering our service to the local schools. I know we will need authorization from the state but my boss wants me to look for international "licensing" too. You know about any agency/group that accredits you to accredit?
