6 year old has pain on right side of tummy.?

She refused dinner at 6pm, had a slight fever and complaining of a tummy ache, gave panadol and she went to sleep. She's now awoken at 2am in quite a bit of pain and had some more panadol it is also tender to the touch and the fever has spiked. Should i run her into emergency. I have an odd feeling. I would usually call our nursing hotline but I have no phone credit so I can't!
