With Hillary leading by substantial margins in OH, PA and TX (400+ delegates!), are these 3 winner take all?!?

If these are winner take all, Hillary will take a commanding lead, and I think she will also be the front runner in Mississippi and Kentucky, leaving Obama in her dust.
