Only 1 follicle at 17mm on CD 15??? Is that enough to fall pregnant on .. i had HCG trigger shot?

If i dont fallpreg on this cycle i am having a 3 month break to try n lose some weight as she thinks my weight is the prob! Any one been through the same !
