Maybe this is the 60th time this has been asked today, but holy crap! No lunging at the QB rule?! Wtf ever!?

It's the wussification of the NFL. No doubt about it. I personally believe the horse-collar rule is crap. The object is to get the ball carrier on the ground, and as long as the defender isn't hitting the guy in the head, I think it (horse-collar) should be legal. With this new rule, I guess the NFL is saying if you get blocked to the ground, you can't make a play on the ball carrier. That's crap. I would love to see a pro league where football was about tackling instead of who looks the best. Instead of changing the overtime rule or making some kinds of other positive changes, they (the NFL) decide to wuss up the qb's even more so they don't get hurt. I'm so sick of it.
