I want to become a pediatrician. What is a good college with a 6yr, 7yr, or 8yr program i can attend?

I am a senior in highschool and im in the top 1% of my cl. I live in NY. I was looking at SUNY DOWNSTATE and SUNY UPSTATE but I cant find anything they offer to do with pediatrics. Any suggestions for programs in the Tri-state area?? Thank u very much
