I'm on the depo injection and have been for about a year now...?

Just last week my "breakthrough bleeding" started... I am 24years old and have always had trouble with my periods. I just don't want them anymore. They are painful, annoying and irregular. I was on the pill before the depo but it didn't make much difference except I was able to go to work when I got my period unlike before... I'm at the point where I just want a hysterectomy... I am not recommended to have children because of other health issues so this wouldn't make a difference to me! Any suggestions???
